RIGHT OF ENTRY CLAUSE:
Procoat Finishing Ltd., our customers, and regulatory agencies shall have the right to enter any facility necessary to verify the quality of work, records, and material with respect to purchase orders.
Q.C. PURCHASE ORDER SUPPLEMENT FORM
1. Certifications are required for all provided products.
2. The Supplier must:
a) Implement and maintain a quality management system.
b) Notify Procoat of nonconforming products.
c) Records must be maintained covering all phases of calibration and/or standardization. Supplier to perform all quality requirements as detailed on Procoat purchase order.
d) Approved process sources are required for this order. Contact a Procoat quality representative if approval is not valid on date of purchase order.
e) Supplier must be able to provide records of competence, including any required qualification of persons.
f) Provide information as requested to assist Procoat in controlling and monitoring supplier performance, and the prevention of the use of counterfeit parts.
g) Supplier must notify the organization of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of their external providers or location of manufacture, and obtain the organization’s approval.
h) Supplier must ensure that their employees are aware of: their contribution to product or service conformity; their contribution to product safety; the importance of ethical behaviour.
i) Supplier must flow down to external providers applicable requirements including customer requirements.
j) Supplier must retain all records of process and products for at least 15 years.
